Job Description

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Customer Service Support II to join their team. As a Customer Service Support II, you will be part of the Customer Service Department supporting the Technical Support team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

  • What’s the Job?
  • + Deliver exceptional customer service by accurately receiving and processing orders in a timely manner.

+ Utilize basic measurement tools and read architectural drawings to assist with manufacturing takeoffs. + Resolve discrepancies found on customer orders and facilitate communication between departments for resolution. + Collaborate with Sales Representatives on customer-related issues and maintain statuses on assigned open order reports. + Engage in continuous improvement activities and contribute to enhancing workflows and procedures.

  • What’s Needed?
  • + Minimum high school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn proprietary software quickly. + Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally. + Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and time management. + Ability to read and understand architectural drawings is preferred.
