Role:

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist who is experienced, enthusiastic, and ready to make a difference in a rewarding and gratifying career. In this role, you’ll be the voice of our company—providing compassionate, knowledgeable support to customers as they navigate mobility challenges. If you are highly organized, detail-oriented, and a true team player , we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies Handle and resolve customer concerns, escalating when necessary Record all interactions and follow-ups in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system Collaborate with sales, installation, and support teams to ensure seamless service Assist customers with troubleshooting and coordinating solutions Identify customer needs and offer thoughtful, proactive recommendations

Previous experience in a customer service role Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities A team-first attitude with a passion for helping others Comfort with computers and experience using CRM or ticketing systems High school diploma or GED required; additional training or education is a bonus Why Join Us?
