Monday•Friday, 9:00 am•6:00 pm
Normal :
Monday•Friday, 8 hour range between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm
Pay Rate :
$17/hour

Previous experience in similar work environment. Must be computer savvy and able to follow instructions.
Outbound Call Center Representative Job Summary :
Work collaboratively to ensure that members enroll in the various programs and are supported throughout the home health testing process. Reviewing patient medical records, and translating them into standardized codes. Provide technical assistance with general IT troubleshooting. Handling inbound phone and email inquiries regarding account set-up, conducting outbound calls to enroll eligible patients and follow up calls regarding adherence to testing protocols and scheduling of follow-up appointments. Coordination with clinical staff is an essential element of our programs. Documenting all patient interactions and relevant health information.
Outbound Call Center Representative Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to enroll members in programs and respond to email inquiries. Respond to inbound calls from members seeking support related to the testing process, including help for setting up their online accounts, questions regarding specific tests and how to administer them and inquiries about their test results. Complete system documentation to ensure that member records are complete and accurate. Collaborate with the clinical team. Adhere to all client program requirements and guidelines as part of standard operating procedure. Test system enhancements and new features to ensure they meet Care Team requirements.
Outbound Call Center Representative Requirements:
Familiarity with electronic health record systems or patient management software’s. Previous experience working in an inbound/outbound call center environment preferably in the healthcare industry. High level of comfort with technology and working knowledge of Google tools. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a fast paced, high growth, on-site environment. Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience with relevant training or certification in healthcare or medical terminology is a plus.
