Service Advisor Indian Motorcycle of Marietta 1750 Cobb Parkway South, Marietta, GA 30060 We are a busy and fast paced service repair shop in a franchise dealership looking for an experienced service advisor to join our team. We are located in Marietta GA. Job requirements for this position are as described below:  Exceptional organization and follow up skills  A positive attitude  A solid understanding of computers, tablets, and technology  Automotive general repair knowledge  Team work mentality  Personal communication skills with customers and members of our team  A valid driver’s license and clean records. Motorcycle License is recommended.  Prior experience is preferred We sell and service multiple brand manufacturers and will train on each specific model. Summary As a Service Advisor, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and facilitating effective communication between clients and the service team. Your core skills in automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, and service writing will enable you to accurately assess customer needs and provide reliable solutions. With premium experience in dealership operations and auto service management, you will ensure a seamless service experience. Additionally, your organizational skills and mechanical knowledge will support the efficient handling of service requests, contributing to the overall success of our automotive service department. Responsibilities Greet customers and assess their service needs while providing exceptional customer service. Work with Tech to provide automotive / Motorcycle diagnostics and communicate findings to clients clearly. Prepare detailed service estimates and manage service writing tasks efficiently. Coordinate with service technicians and parts mgr to ensure timely vehicle maintenance and repairs. Maintain organized records of customer interactions and vehicle service history. Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with dealership policies.
