Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM + 1 Saturday/month (8:00 AM – 1:00 PM) Pugmire is looking for a friendly, high-energy BDC Service Representative to help us deliver top-tier service across our four store locations . You’ll be the first voice our customers hear and the bridge between them and our other departments, especially Service. If you’re a patient, upbeat communicator who thrives in a hospitality/customer service-driven environment, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Scheduling service appointments for all four Pugmire stores Answering inbound calls and responding through text and chat systems Making outbound calls for recall outreach and maintenance reminders Using Xtime and other platforms to manage appointment accuracy Offering Mobile Service and Pickup & Delivery options when applicable Maintaining speed, professionalism, and empathy in every interaction Acting as the “connective tissue” between customers and dealership teams
What We’re Looking For:
Clear, confident, and positive phone presence, every call, every time. Experience in a call center, BDC, or hospitality setting preferred Ability to multitask while staying patient and friendly at all times Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and taking initiative.
Compensation & Benefits:
