$20 – $24 per hour We are looking for a TechSupport / Customer Service Representative who is ready to deliverexceptional client service and technical support to our growingcustomer base. We ensure customer needs are met quickly andaccurately, helping us maintain our reputation for outstandingservice. Key Responsibilities of the Tech Support /
CustomerService Representative:
The Tech Support / Customer ServiceRepresentative will provide prompt technical support and resolutionfor product-related issues. Manage and track all client supporttickets through the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up andresolution. Deliver excellent customer service to maintain positiveclient relationships. Will collaborate with internal teams toresolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
Document support interactions and technical solutions for ongoingprocess improvements. Qualifications for the Tech Support /
Customer Service Representative:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degreeis a plus, but not required. Experience working with CRM systems orsimilar ticket management software. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
