Augusta, GA (On-site)

Hours:

Full-time, 40 hours/week (Some weekend or after-hours coverage may be required to support global clientele)

• Position Summary We are seeking a Client Relations & Authorization Specialist to join our collaborative sales and client service team.

This individual will play a critical role in guiding clients through their fertility journey, managing insurance and lender authorizations, and supporting the order lifecycle. The ideal candidate is motivated, solutions-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment focused on creating families.

• Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate insurance and lender authorizations related to fertility services.
• Process client orders, verify payment and authorization information, and ensure documentation is complete.
• Handle sales-related tasks, including responding to inbound calls and emails, completing transactions, and assisting clients with product selection.
• Act as a key liaison in the client journey—ensuring seamless communication and timely service delivery.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to support client needs from initial inquiry through order fulfillment.
• Contribute to team goals by meeting individual productivity and service metrics.
• Provide cross-coverage and support during peak times or team member absences, including weekends or evenings as needed.
• Required Qualifications
• Previous experience in insurance authorization, patient services, or a related healthcare/medical office setting.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a commitment to compassionate care.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, goal-oriented team.
• Comfortable handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality.
• Technically proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; training provided on internal platforms.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Background in reproductive health, fertility services, or medical sales is a plus.
• Familiarity with third-party lender platforms or insurance billing processes.
