CSR – Customer Service Representative First Newnan Insurance Newnan, GA 30263 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyze customer needs will play a crucial role in enhancing their experience with our company. If you are passionate about client services and have a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you. Duties Answering and Directing inbound calls. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax. Daily Filing Marketing Provide accurate information regarding products and services. Handle cash, check and credit card transactions with precision and accountability. Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer concerns or feedback. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our computerized system. Analyze customer issues to provide effective solutions and escalate when necessary. Experience Previous experience in a call center or client services environment is preferred. Strong cash handling skills and attention to detail are essential. Proficient in using computer systems for data entry, emailing and record keeping. Typing Experience is Required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
