• Overview:

• We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Customer Service Associate / Cashier. The successful candidate will provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers by providing excellent customer service, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

• Duties:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Operate a cash register, handle cash, credit card transactions, and process refunds and exchanges.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge, answering customer questions about products and services.
• Restock shelves, maintain store displays, and ensure a clean and organized store environment.
• Use retail math skills to accurately calculate sales and handle cash transactions.
• Identify and seize opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products, promoting sales and driving revenue growth.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Supervise and assist other store associates as needed, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
• Perform various administrative duties, such as processing orders and handling inventory.

• Requirements:

• Experience in retail sales and customer service.
• Strong knowledge of retail math and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills to accurately process transactions and handle cash.
• Ability to supervise and assist other store associates.
• Familiarity with retail stock and inventory management.
