Act as the primary contact for customers andbusiness with AT&T Services, handling inquiries, support needs,and ensuring continued satisfaction Process orders for businessesnew internet, wireless and phone services Efficiently resolveservice issues, billing concerns, and technical questions withprofessionalism and a solutions-driven mindset Guide new businesscustomers through account setup, and ensure a seamless accountexperience Proactively connect with customers, monitoringsatisfaction, addressing concerns, and maximizing their use ofAT&T solutions Educate customers on AT&T’s latest products,service upgrades, and features that support their operationalgrowth Collaborate across departments, working with AT&T’ssales, technical, and billing teams to resolve issues and improvecustomer experiences
