Duties Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Utilize strong phone etiquette to create a positive experience for each caller. Analyze customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as necessary. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data entry in our systems. Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy in cash handling processes. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction. Provide support in a call center environment, managing high call volumes effectively. Assist multilingual clients by providing services in their preferred language when applicable. Experience Previous experience in client services or a call center environment is preferred. Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate various software applications efficiently. Experience with data entry and maintaining organized records is essential. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. A background in office settings is advantageous, showcasing familiarity with administrative tasks.
