Adecco is helping to hire for a Customer Service Representative with a leading Transportation Services and Logisticspany in Tucker, GA! now if you meet the qualifications listed below!
Pay:
$18.50/HR
Shift/Hours:
6:00am-3:00pm OR 12:00pm-8:30pm
- The schedule runs Mon-Sat.
You’ll work 5 days, with a varying day off during the week.
Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will ensure that we deliver on our promise of outstanding service. You’ll work with customers, business partners and drivers to make sure we are meeting ourmitments and delighting our customers at every step of the experience
Essential Duties:
- Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email.
- Handle customerplaints in a calm, professional manner.
- Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues.
- Monitor progress of delivery routes.
- Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders.
Requirements:
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- 1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues.
- Solid ability to multitask with exceptionalanizational skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations.
