Hours:

10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Please online for consideration!

$20 – $21 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 10 AM – 8 PM
education: High School Responsibilities Directly supervise and organize daily operations of a team of customer service specialists.
Motivate and develop a high-performing, engaged team that consistently meets or exceeds performance goals.
Monitor individual and team metrics, identify trends, and analyze department results to recommend improvements.
Troubleshoot operational issues and support team members in resolving complex customer concerns. Serve as the primary escalation point for challenging or nuanced transactions. Complete reports, track KPIs, and communicate updates to leadership as needed.
Provide training, feedback, and coaching to ensure team members grow and succeed.
