Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone Schedule appointments with customers Write-up repair orders Suggest regularly scheduled maintenance Dispatch work to a designated team of technicians Communicate results of the multi-point inspection to customers Obtain necessary customer/warranty work approvals Create estimates and share with customers Recommend and sell additional services Follow up individually with customers post-service Maintain high customer satisfaction scores

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous experience in a service-oriented role within the automotive industry is required Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to effectively manage a team and foster a positive work environment. Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Proficient in utilizing computer software and applications relevant to service management. Sound knowledge of service department operations, including maintenance and repair procedures. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with a flexible and adaptable approach. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
