Express Lane Service Advisor Troncalli Automotive 818 Atlanta Rd, Cumming, GA 30040 Troncalli Subaru is actively seeking to add an experienced Service Advisor to their growing team. This position would be eligible for commission.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist them with vehicle concerns and questions advise customers about needed repairs and maintenance Help to identify a mechanical concern by asking questions, providing accurate information on repair order to help tech diagnose explain repairs and charges to customers build relationships with customers maintain at or above standards on olp/nps (csi) provide accurate repair estimate and time to complete
Requirements:
reliable able to work most Saturdays with a day off during week top performer experience of at least 2 years in a high volume dealer Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, mvr, and drug screen.
