PM Assignment:
Long-Term Contract We are currently recruiting for a Bilingual (Spanish) Call Center Representative to join a busy state-related office in the College Park area. This position offers steady full-time hours and the chance to be part of a dedicated team providing services to the public.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and assist customers with questions, requests, and concerns. Accurately enter and update customer information into internal systems. Research customer issues and work with internal departments to find timely solutions. Handle sensitive requests with professionalism and attention to detail. Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scanning. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions. Meet established performance goals for quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred. Previous customer service or call center experience preferred. Must be fluent in both English and Spanish. You will be interviewed in Spanish to determine fluency. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel). #LP1
