• Must live in Metro Atlanta
• Bilingual Spanish
• Required
  Schedule After Training is over:
  The Call Center hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 am-8:00 pm and on Saturdays 8:00 am-5:00pm. If scheduled to work Saturdays a day off during the week is given (typically Wednesday-Friday)
• Training Period is the 1st 3 weeks of employment and operates on a Monday-Friday 9:00 am-5:00 pm schedule.

Are you ready to join us in creating our next million smiles? We have JUST the opportunity for you. Benevis is hiring Representative Special Services to work at our corporate location in Atlanta, GA. As a Patient Services Specialist (PSS) you are responsible for providing quality customer service to patients and parents. Primarily work in a call center environment answering both inbound calls and outbound calls with the purpose of confirming or creating dental appointments, responding to online inquiries, evaluating internal calls for training and quality purposes and professionally handling escalated calls and drive to resolution. No prior experience necessary. We fully train our representatives. Work from home may be provided.
Responsibilities
Deliver quality and superior customer care to every parent or patient on the phone
Focus on accuracy and be detailed oriented
Possess good telephone etiquette, customer service and in particular focus on salesmanship skills
High focus on customer service and satisfaction
Compassion and high level of service for our patients
Keen aptitude and adaptability to change
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellentmunication andanizational skills
Prior experience in a call center or in the dental field is advantageous but not required
Perform to the highest integrity by adhering to allernment regulations,pany standards, andpanypliance programs
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Education/Skills:

• Graduation from a senior high school or GED equivalent
• Computer skills: Microsoft office and Internet Explorer
• Bi-lingual Spanish a plus
