Our client is a leading healthcare organization with an upcoming class for Call Center Representatives in Duluth, GA. This position is remote, however, candidates MUST live within 1-hour of Duluth, GA. Candidates must pass 2 required assessments and complete 2 video interviews for this position. Please review details below carefully before ing.
Employees MUST work nights and weekends, no exceptions. Shifts vary between 8am-9:30pm EST. Holidays are required as well.
Candidates must have open availability to work between the hours above. The schedule will change periodically during training.
Breaks are scheduled, no accommodations.

NO TIME OFF

during the first 90 days, no exceptions.
This position requires you to be on camera 100% of the time.
2+ years of customer service and call center experience required.
If you are not able to work from home due to outages (power/internet) you WILL be required to come into the office.
Equipment provided excluding desk and chair. 3-5 inch Internet cable will be provided, talent must provide their own if they a longer one.
Equipment must be returned to the original location once the assignment ends.

salary:

$17 – $18 per hour

education: High School Responsibilities Responds professionally to inquiries from internal/external customers. High volume inbound calls, data entry, inputting customer information into medical records software, problem/conflict resolution. Promotes, ensures and provides customer service to internal/external customers by demonstrating skills which are consistent with the organization’s philosophy of providing extraordinary customer relations and quality service. Initiates contact with the appropriate Health Plan, medical group and facility personnel to obtain information relevant to the concern or inquiry as needed. Evaluates data to determine and implement the appropriate course of action to resolve the complaint and/or coordinate service recovery. Develop a full awareness of the way performance and actions affect members and Member Service. Contact Center’s (MSCC) performance guarantees (call handling, first call resolution, complaint resolution compliance, member retention, and return contact as warranted).
