Answer incoming calls and emails promptly & in a courteous, professional manner. Complete required daily outbound calls to schedule patient appointments per clinic protocols. Document all call information according to standard operating procedures. Resolve customer complaints with assistance of Customer Service Manager. Enter new patient information into software management system. Update existing customer information. Identify and escalate priority issues to Customer Service Manager or Office Manager.
