The Check-Out Receptionist will review the provider’s orders to determine the necessary treatment plan. At checkout, follow-up appointments are scheduled with the patient. Either appointments are scheduled or arrangements are made for diagnostic testing. Outstanding balances are collected for coinsurances in office procedures ect. Some billing and Insurance verification experience is needed for this position. Customer Service skills, the ability to work independently with being micro-managed. This position is 32-35 hours weekly Fluent Experience with computers is very necessary. Also Insurance experience
