$63.2K – $79.3K a year 10 hours ago Qualifications Mid-level Full Job Description The Claims – Client Service Associate is responsible for carrier/client collaboration and advocacy of commercial lines claims. This role involves managing and processing claims with precision and efficiency, working directly with multiple insurance company representatives and clients to manage claims costs across all lines of commercial insurance coverages. As a Claims – Client Service Associate, you will present services overviews and claims status reports at prospect and client renewal meetings, handle a book of business with the support of your team, and work closely with clients and other stakeholders to deliver high standards of customer satisfaction.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

(Essential Job Tasks) As a Client Service Associate , you will:

Claims Management and Advocacy:

Monitor all activity on open claims, including establishing fixed diary dates, reserve reviews, claims adjudication, and resolution Ensure timely and accurate administration of claims reported by clients to insurance carriers Assist in investigations of claims, compensability, and damages Document claim activity on agency and account management system

Reporting and Analysis:

Analyze claim status and prepare monthly and quarterly status reports (reserve tracking, trend analysis, charts, graphs, and summary details) on significant accounts Provide updated claim reports internally and to customers upon request

Client Support and Training:

Implement and train clients on Risk Management system product offerings Serve as an in-house resource on claims matters for client service teams Advise clients on general queries and insurance issues, consulting with senior advocates when complex issues arise

Relationship Management:

Foster business relationships with clients to understand their business needs Establish working relationships with adjusters and claim service partners to facilitate positive client outcomes Serve as a liaison between clients and carriers or third-party administrators
