This position involves performing daily administrative tasks, Manage client appointments and charges. Maintain a welcoming environment for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively. Responsibilities Perform front office activities and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency. Manage scheduling and calendar for client appointments. Oversee and ensure the office is maintained to the highest standards Oversee inventory and maintain proper levels of supplies and products needed in office Manage client service charges, accounts and record requests Provide clerical support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation. Handle customer inquiries and provide outstanding customer support via phone systems and in-person interactions. Maintain accurate records of patient or client information as necessary. Ensure the front desk area and common client areas are organized, clean, and welcoming at all times. Collaborate with back office staff to ensure seamless communication and operations.
