The Client Success Associate works on-site at our marketing ≺omotional events and provides support to the team at ourcorporate headquarters here in Atlanta . We specialize in customerretention and customer acquisitions for our clientele. Our clientsspan across a wide variety of industries, including homeimprovement, telecommunications, and green energy. In thisentry-level role, the Client Success Associate will use theireagerness to learn and natural enthusiasm to assist the on-sitemarketing team with all tasks involved in developing and executingthe company’s overall marketing plan. Client Success Associate:

Execute marketing plans and operationalfunctions to company standards Participate in product/serviceknowledge training provided to marketing teams on behalf ofmanagement Execute client presentation directives and standards tosales team members Assist customers with any questions they mayhave in regards to featured client products/services Gain knowledgeof the marketing and branding strategy of all new clients thecompany acquires. Apply knowledge of the product and brand todevelop customized marketing strategies for client directivesEnsure the highest level of customer service, resulting inincreased productivity and achieving sales goals Build knowledge ofthe marketing systems implemented for each client campaign Assistthe market manager with any day-to-day administrative support asrequired In this role, you will be the face of our company, and weexpect the highest level of professionalism possible.
