Duties Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate information delivery. Perform outbound calling to follow up on service requests and gather feedback from clients. Utilize computerized systems to log service calls, track issues, and manage client information efficiently. Provide technical support for products and services, troubleshooting issues as needed. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve client satisfaction.
