The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of vaping and smoking products, excellent customer service skills, and a desire to provide a welcoming environment for our customers. You will assist customers in selecting products, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring the shop operates smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on vape and smoke products, including e-liquids, devices, and accessories. Maintain an organized and clean store environment, including restocking shelves and cleaning display areas. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale system. Educate customers about product usage, safety, and related regulations. Monitor inventory levels and assist in placing orders for new products. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new products to provide informed recommendations. Assist in implementing store promotions and marketing efforts. Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations regarding the sale of vaping products.

Qualifications:

Must be 21. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Reliable Transportation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
