May 22, 2025 The Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) is seeking highly qualified applicants for their full-time Customer Service Account Specialist in the Office of Workforce Development, Workforce Data & Program Quality. This position is responsible for managing and maintaining all staff user accounts within the WorkSource Georgia Online Portal by conducting regularly audits and providing superior Customer Service. This position is located at the TCSG System Office in Atlanta at 1800 Century Place, Atlanta, GA 30345.

  • This position is open to TCSG System Office employees that meet the qualifications listed below.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct comprehensive monitor reviews by auditing Staff WorkSource GA portal & Future Works accounts regularly to verify compliance with quality standards and the maintenance of all active staff accounts. Serve as the main point of contact for creating, reactivating, disabling and maintaining staff user accounts based upon the account request forms received by management. Monitor staff user permissions to ensure they are aligned with the current roles of staff members and maintain security protocols. Act as a liaison with our internal IT department with communication of the creation and disabling of staff accounts with partner agencies. Provide assistance with the workforce email inbox of user inquiries and inbound calls to ensure prompt and thorough resolution. Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Previous Customer Service experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • and• two (2) year of related work experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Attention to detail by having a keen eye for spotting subtle errors and ensuring the service meets the required quality standards. Outstanding problem solving and decision -making skills Excellent organizational and time management and multi-tasking skills. Excellent skills in both verbal and written communication. Knowledge of the Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA) and/or related Wagner-Peyser (WP) Act

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

Time and task management skills Intermediate computer skills and ability to adapt to job-related software programs Organizational skills Superior oral and written communication skills Skills in interpersonal relations and customer service Decision making and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently
