As a Customer Service Representative in Last Mile at RXO, you will ensure that we deliver on our promise of outstanding service. Youll work with customers, business partners and drivers to make sure we are meeting our commitments and delighting our customers at every step of the experience. To succeed in this role, youll need to be extraordinary at multitasking and delivering solutions that move multiple projects forward toward completion.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Assist customers and business partners via telephone and emailHandle customer complaints in a calm, professional mannerDiagnose, assess and resolve problems or issuesMonitor progress of delivery routesScan haul-away pods and verify stampsProcess changes or cancellations to delivery ordersWhat youll need to excel:
At a minimum, youll need:
Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Itd be great if you also have:
High school diploma or equivalent1-year related experience preferably within a call center environmentStrong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issuesSolid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skillsAbility to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectationsIn this role, youll be supported by a passionate team motivated by fast-paced innovation and the desire to deliver for customers.
