Schedule:
Monday-Friday 11:00am-8:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm

Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency , ensuring timely and comprehensive resolution of issues across multiple communication channels, including phone, chat, and email. Gather and assess customer information thoroughly to accurately identify needs, provide effective solutions, and proactively educate customers to reduce repeat contacts. Troubleshoot technical and service-related issues , delivering clear guidance and support to ensure customer satisfaction. Balance adherence to company policies with customer-centric decision-making , aiming to achieve optimal outcomes for both the business and the customer. Log and resolve customer complaints accurately and promptly , maintaining detailed records in internal systems to support continuous service improvement. Requirements Two to three years of call center experience Excellent tone of voice Familiarity with quality assurance Listening skills & ability to display empathy towards our customers. Well-spoken and able to professionally respond to customers in writing and verbally. Detail-oriented and able to follow procedures involving multiple systems. Well-versed in Microsoft applications – primarily Word, Excel, and Outlook.
