Document customer interactions, update records in the CRM system, and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Follow company scripts, guidelines, and compliance standards while personalizing interactions for a positive customer experience.

Meet or exceed key performance metrics (e.g., call resolution time, first-call resolution, customer satisfaction scores).Stay informed about company products, promotions, and policies to provide up-to-date support.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and service quality.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

Patience, adaptability, and a customer-first attitude.

Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems.

Previous call center or customer service experience preferred.
