Respond to all face to face customer service inquiries promptly and professionally, offering solutions that effectively solve customer issues Assist customers with analyzing available options, making recommendations, placing sales orders, and offering ongoing customer service Facilitate communication between customers, clients, and the company to ensure all elements of the sales process run smoothly and satisfactorily Troubleshoot all issues regarding service coverage, pricing, billing policies, customer service, and technical support on behalf of the customer Conduct on the ground research, collecting customer feedback, monitoring competitor activity, and documenting industry trends to identify areas for internal improvement Qualifications of a
