Adecco is hiring immediately for an Customer Service Representative with a local client in Atlanta, GA now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

Pay:

$18.51 hr

Shift/Hours:

Onsite / Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
Assists customers with questions or issues regarding their accounts received via phone and/or email correspondence. Inquiries are predominantly routine, but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures. Usesputerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting. May require advanced knowledge of theanization, products and/or services. Must have goodmunication and problem-solving skills. May research issues or transfer to a research function. Handles customer calls with somewhat moreplexity.

Required:

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Comfortable using various applications to support job including running report queries.
Problem solving
Active listening skills, must have ability to collaborate in team environment.

Preferred:

2-4 years in Customer Service environment related to

FINACIAL SERVICES

(in handling billing inquiries)

Pay Details:

$18.51 per hour
