We areseeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Associate to joinour team. This permanent hybrid role offers the flexibility ofworking remotely and from the office, providing an ideal balancefor professionals seeking adaptability in their work environment.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing andgrowing our commercial lines of business, focusing on property andcasualty insurance. This role requires a high level of customerservice, with a strong emphasis on relationship management andbusiness development.

Responsibilities:

1. Assit in managing andsupporting portfolio of commercial clients, focusing on propertyand casualty insurance. 2. Develop and maintain strongrelationships with clients, understanding their business needs andproviding tailored insurance solutions. 3. Prepare and processinsurance documents such as certificates of insurance (COI), autosummaries, loss runs, invoicing, and endorsements. 4. Deliverexceptional customer service by responding promptly and accuratelyto client inquiries and concerns. 5. Collaborate with other teammembers to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to clientservice. 6. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, andproducts to provide the best advice and service to clients. 7.Participate in business development activities, includingnetworking events and client meetings, to attract new clients andgrow existing accounts.

Qualifications:

1. 1-3 years of experiencein a customer service role within the insurance industry. 2.Demonstrated experience in preparing and processing insurancedocuments such as COI, auto summaries, loss runs, invoicing, andendorsements. 3. Strong customer service skills, with the abilityto build and maintain relationships with clients. 4. Excellentcommunication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability toclearly explain complex insurance concepts to clients. 5. Provenability to manage and grow a portfolio of commercial clients, witha focus on property and casualty insurance. 6. Strongorganizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasksand deadlines. 7. Knowledge of current industry trends,regulations, and products. 8.
