The Role As a Licensed Sales Professional – Inside Sales, you’ll be the trusted advisor our customers rely on for their insurance needs. Working in our office, you will: Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers to ensure their policies are accurate and meet their needs. Welcome new customers to our agency with enthusiasm and care, ensuring their transition is seamless and they feel valued from the start. Proactively cross-sell additional policies to maximize coverage and enhance customer satisfaction. Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews to help customers understand their options and make informed decisions. Perform check-ins with customers during renewals to ensure their policies still align with their needs and provide guidance on adjustments or updates. Proactively address and prevent unintended policy cancellations, ensuring customers feel supported and valued. This office-based role offers a collaborative environment where you’ll work closely with a dynamic team to achieve shared goals. What You’ll Bring We’re looking for a candidate who: Holds an active insurance license (property and casualty required; life and health preferred). Has experience in sales and/or customer service. Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills and are able to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base. Being bilingual and able to speak Spanish is preferred. Thrives on meeting goals and delivering outstanding results. Is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
