In this role, you’lldeliver exceptional service by assisting customers with theirhealthcare or pension benefits via phone, email, and webchat.

Training & Orientation Start Date:
August18th/Weekly hiring classes run every Monday through October 6th,2025 Orientation is onsite for equipment pickup and brief training(1-day requirement)

No time-off is permitted in thefirst 90 days. Key Responsibilities Provide superior, empatheticcustomer service by phone, chat, and email. Accurately explainhealthcare and pension benefit information in simple terms. Useinternal systems and documentation to resolve client inquiries.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold HIPAA and data securitystandards. Collaborate with teammates and leadership to meetservice standards. Work Hours & Flexibility Full-time hours duringpeak season (40 hours/week) Possible overtime available Off-seasonhours may range between 32-40 hours/week No weekends!
Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (required) Previous callcenter or customer service experience (preferred, not required)Strong communication and problem-solving skills Bilingual? Spanishor French speakers can earn an additional $0.75/hr (must be fluent)Ready to Apply?
