As a Benefit Customer Service Representative you will have therewarding opportunity to help our client members through theenrollment process and when making updates to their health careand/or pension plans. We allow you the freedom to take the timenecessary to provide the highest level of service. You will startout on one client, and with dedication to our clients. You will becross trained to aid on multiple clients. You will spend your dayeither on the phone or aiding through webchat conversations andemail. We provide superior service center environment inprofessional buildings where you will be recognized for yourdedication. Shifts During our busy season you will be expected towork a 40-hour week and overtime when requested. During our offseason, your hours will fluctuate between 32 to 40 hours dependingon client need.

Monday through Friday only! Forthe San Diego, CA location, you need to be available to work an 8hour shift between the hours of 6a-8p PT . Must live within 2 hoursof San Diego, CA. Looking for flexibility! Job Description RemoteRole, MUST

You will go onsite for day 1 to pick upequipment and also be required to come in for meetings or majorprojects. Quickly build rapport and respond to customers in acompassionate manner by identifying and exceeding expectations byresponding in a respectful, accurate, timely manner, consistentlymeeting commitments via phone, email, and instant message. Abilityto customize customer service approach to meet all types of membercommunication styles and personalities while maintainingprofessionalism, and diplomacy during difficult calls. Handleconfidential information with sensitivity and discretion inaccordance with HIPAA and Data Privacy laws and company datasecurity requirements. Skillfully translate health and welfare andpension terms, complex plan information and processes into simpleexplanations and instructions that customers can understand and actupon. Read and understand clients plan documents and onlineknowledgebase tools while collecting relevant information todetermine immediate requests/questions and to anticipate the futureneeds of the member. Pay for this position is $17 per hourRequirements Must have High School Diploma or GED Looking for anyvarious experience, preferably in Customer Service or CallCenter!
