Staffing – Client Service – Recruiter Position Available In Fulton, Georgia

Adecco has an immediate need for a Client RelationshipConsultant. If you have experience in Staffing, Customer Service, OrderFulfillment, or Account Management, we would like to hear fromyou!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive order fulfillment for clients with temporary staffingneeds
• Builds and fosters relationships directly with clients and localrecruiting offices.
• Acts as the face of Adecco and point of contact for the customerfor all order and assignment needs.
• Builds lasting relationships with customers including end userclients, MSP or VMS.
• Makes recommendations to the field branches on how to improvetheir submittal acceptance and increased order fulfillment.
• Manages order escalation and provides recommended solutions andstrategies to improve field service delivery and orderfulfillment.
• Coordinates and consults with hiring managers to better understandclients? needs and provide clear direction to the servicingbranches.
• Provides Account Managers and branch staff with feedback,reporting data, and overall best practices with local branches.
• Shares best practices with team members and branch staff toimprove overall order management results and service delivery
• Ensures compliance with all contractual service level agreements,order fulfillment, and Adecco policies, and procedures.
• Communicates areas of opportunity needed to enhance and improvebranch and centralized operations, and service delivery tocustomers.
