Client Service Representative FCBS, Inc. Brunswick, GA 31520 Full Time Client Services Representative The role begins with clerical and administrative responsibilities, but as knowledge, skill, and licensing progress, additional duties and advancement into account management roles are available. Must have strong dedication to maintaining high standard of client service, satisfaction and a willingness to “go the extra mile” for our clients and their staff. Monday-Friday 8:30-5. Paid Holidays, Bonus Opportunities, Benefits with 401-K match Key Responsibilities (Initial Core Duties): Administer new hires, terminations, and coverage changes in insurance carrier systems; verify accuracy through phone follow-ups with carriers. Answer and direct incoming phone calls; provide front desk and reception support. Maintain highly organized, detailed logs in online filing systems; manage paper filing as needed. Read and verify client invoices to ensure correct premium billing. Schedule and coordinate educational webinars, distributing Outlook calendar invites. Attend internal office meetings, take notes, participate in training, and actively learn. Additional Responsibilities (Upon Training & Development): Build expertise in insurance carrier platforms and online enrollment systems. Support individual clients with health plan enrollments in the Individual Marketplace. Communicate professionally and knowledgeably with employer groups and employees to address questions and resolve issues.
