In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the right insurance policies to meet their needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, along with a solid understanding of insurance products and benefits administration. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs. Provide expert advice on various insurance products, including life, health, auto, and property insurance. Analyze client information to recommend appropriate coverage options. Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to ensure client satisfaction. Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance laws (including HIPAA compliance). Assist clients with benefits administration and claims processes as needed. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer experience. Requirements Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the insurance or retail sales industry. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information. Excellent negotiation skills to advocate for clients’ best interests. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on client needs. Familiarity with benefits administration and related processes is a plus. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is advantageous but not required. Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
