Job Description
Customer Service – Day Shift Transfers by MoreTranz 480 Pike Park Drive, Lawrenceville, GA 30046 This position is for a Customer Service representative. Your main resposibility will be handling customer phone calls, greating customers who pickup their orders, assist the Office Manager with any tasks and assisting with shipping and packaging. You will also be required to help maintain the cleanliness of the office/shop. Overall, this job requires a detail-oriented individual who’s comfortable with technology, someone who has strong communication skills, and has a friendly disposition. You will also be able to learn how to operate the large printers. Training will be provided in all aspects of this position. Graphic Design skills would be a plus, using applications like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.
