Customer Service Representative 90 Degree Benefits, Georgia Duluth, GA 30097 • Hybrid work Job Summary 90 Degree Benefits, Georgia, a Third-Party Administrator for self-funded and voluntary health plans is seeking a motivated, dependable and customer service savvy individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. Utilize your earlier experience in the medical healthcare field to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience by providing prompt and accurate service and support by following compliance guidelines. This is a hybrid position in Duluth GA. The first 90 days are in office, then two days a week in office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer phone calls and emails, provide prompt and correct resolution to Provider, Client, Broker and Member related requests regarding but not limited to eligibility, benefits, claims status, ID cards. Accurately document interactions and resolutions in the appropriate systems. Manage sensitive customer information while following federal HIPAA laws to protect patient information. Adhere to scheduled work hours and maintain productivity and attendance. Qualifications Prior experience in customer service and experience in healthcare. Knowledge of basic medical claim processing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Proficient in data entry with attention to detail to accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the appropriate systems. Proficient with MS Office applications such as Outlook and Teams, Ability to work well under pressure while keeping a cheerful outlook. Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail. High school diploma or equivalent is needed.
