Customer Service Representative IAQ, Inc./Duct Doctor USA Norcross, GA 30093 We are a well established local service company that is based in Norcross, GA. We are looking to fill a full time customer service rep. Must have a friendly and outgoing personality. Must have good phone etiquette with a clear and loud voice. Must have good computer skills. Job duties include greeting, answering phones, keeping reception clean, be a backup of inside sales calls, help with paperwork of service jobs, and other administrative assistant duties. The hours are 8-5 with an hour lunch. Do not call office. We will respond via email.
