Job Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Patient Experience:
Greet patients warmly and manage check-ins/check-outs Schedule appointments, handle incoming & outgoing calls Coordinate activities of third-party billing companies Input and update new patient data into our system Track and manage all referrals to ensure proper follow-up and conversion Act as a key liaison between patients and clinical staff — delivering clear, compassionate communication Support patient flow and clinic organization in a fast-paced setting
Marketing & Community Outreach:
