Customer Support & Payment Specialist Supreme Staffing Norcross, GA 30071 Connect has partnered with our client located in Duluth AND Norcross looking for a Customer Support and Billing Specialist.

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate estimates for customers. Process orders efficiently and ensure timely fulfillment. Collect payments using credit card machines and online payment platforms. Work closely with customers to address inquiries and resolve any issues. Maintain organized records of transactions and customer interactions Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience with Netsuite Bilingual in Spanish preferred Strong multitasking and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
