FRIDAY 11AM-8PM.

We are a custom button company seeking customer service rep with graphic design knowledge. Willing to interact with customers and create custom graphics to create unique and visually pleasing button designs. Paid training available. We really need someone who is good at graphic design as that is the base of our business.

Required Availability:

Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 9am-9pm

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and delivering a memorable experience. Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and timely solutions to resolve their concerns.
  • Utilize computerized systems to document and track customer interactions, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, including making proactive calls to customers to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues, leveraging your expertise in customer service.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor, providing a positive experience for all customers.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting performance metrics.
  • Ensure that all customer interactions are documented and meet company standards.
  • Continuously improve customer service processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in a retail setting or customer service role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using a computer and basic computer software, specifically graphic design programs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics.
  • Excellent typing skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish is plus
  • Ability to work in a retail setting and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proven experience in client services and customer support.
