Responsibilities Support Branch Manager and Operations Officers in new account acquisition, customer retention and expansion of the branch’s customer base. Work accurately with close attention to detail and take initiatives and prioritize tasks with good time-management and problem-solving skills. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and promote upselling bank products and services as appropriate to customer requirements. Responsible for maintaining a professional demeanor in all forms of communication, including written, in-person, and phone interactions with customers Requirements Minimum three (3) years of experience in banking; branch operations experience required. General knowledge and understanding of banking regulations, retail compliance controls, risk management, and loss prevention.
