Seasonal Customer Service Representative Lily McGregor Photography 37 E Main St Unit B, Buford, GA 30518 About us Lily McGregor Photography is proud to be a community-centered small business. We service all types of people and families, from school portraits to weddings and events to family portraits. We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative for our upcoming portrait season. A customer service representative (CSR) in our studio will act as our connection to our clients by assisting them throughout their experience with us. This CSR will also assist in the daily workings of our studio by coordinating the front desk and follow-through of client need fulfillment, scheduling of sessions and events, and any other clerical work necessary. This is a seasonal position , starting in June. Shifts would be Monday – Friday (7:30am- 1pm or 2:45pm-8: 15pm) and Saturdays as needed (7:45am-1pm) in June through August. This is a great position for college students that are in-town for the summer! Once August begins, shifts would be exclusively Monday-Friday (2:45pm-8:15pm) and Saturdays (7:45am-1pm)

Responsibilities Manage incoming calls & emails in a professional manner Perform client check-in for senior portrait sessions Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the methods and tools provided Follow procedures, guidelines and policies consistently Assist with the general operation of the studio (including greeting and checking in clients upon arrival) Skills & Attributes Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Observation and demonstration of professional email etiquette Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of clients Excellent overall communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Self-driven, proactive work habits Qualifications Minimum of two (2) years experience in customer service positions Strong communication skills and phone etiquette Proven experience in customer support and client services Proficient in data entry (Microsoft Office, Google Sheets) Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus
