As a Customer Service Representative , you’ll be at the heart of that mission, serving as the first point of contact for internal and external customers and making sure their questions are answered, their orders are processed smoothly, and their experience exceeds expectations. What You’ll Do Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and our case management system. Accurately process orders and pricing/availability quotes (P&A). Support and maintain order entry accuracy, ensuring timely completion. Resolve customer issues with a sense of urgency and a focus on satisfaction. Learn our product catalog and begin building foundational product knowledge. Collaborate with Customer Service Specialists and other internal teams to ensure seamless service. Attend training sessions to grow your knowledge and skills. What You Bring 1-3 years of customer service experience (bonus if it’s in a technical, B2B, or manufacturing setting). Familiarity with SAP or similar CRM/ERP systems is a plus. Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel. Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal. Detail-driven mindset with a desire to get things right the first time. Positive attitude, team spirit, and a customer-first approach. Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Emotional intelligence and professionalism in all interactions. Alignment with Murrelektronik’s core values. Education & Work Environment Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred. Minimal travel may be required for team meetings or training. This role is in-office. Standard office setting with occasional lifting (up to 15 lbs). You’ll need the ability to sit, stand, and use a computer for extended periods.
