We’re hiring two Customer Service/Sales Associates to guide customers and boost our online vibe.

Job Description :

As a Customer Service/Sales Associate, you’ll be the welcoming face of our dealership, helping customers through our straightforward buying process, managing leads, and creating buzz on social media. Our program sells itself, so you’ll focus on building trust and keeping things organized, not hard-selling.

Responsibilities :

Greet customers and guide them through our no-credit-check buying process. Complete sales paperwork, including As-Is Vehicle Purchase Acknowledgment Forms. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with warmth and professionalism. Follow up on leads via email and phone using our CRM system. Create engaging social media posts and videos (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) to showcase our vehicles. Keep the lot presentable and assist with basic customer-facing tasks.

Qualifications :

Experience in retail, or sales (dealership experience a plus but not required). Punctual and organized—show up on time and stay on top of tasks. Comfortable with social media platforms and basic tech (Google Suite, CRM a plus). Friendly and patient, with a knack for explaining terms to customers.
