Job Description
CSR – Customer Service Representative Robert Phillips & Associates, Inc. Hartwell, GA 30643 We are primarily a tax preparation firm working with a diverse clientele. We also offer bookkeeping, payroll, insurance and mortgage services to our clients. The job requires a great deal of data entry. Must be knowledgeable of Excel. Experience with QuickBooks is a plus. Looking for applicants who are customer service oriented with a great personality and a willingness to learn. Approximately 10 Saturdays are required during tax season. There is room for bonuses and advancement. Two-year college is a plus, but college degree is not required.
