Job Summary:
The CSR position is an extension of the Sales team and has responsibility for supporting an assigned customer account base. The CSR will assist sales by maintaining accounts while developing strong customer relationships to support and promote current and future business opportunities. The CSR will lead various projects and see them through to completion in a timely fashion.
Key Responsibilities:
Place orders on a timely basis for purchases of materials and supplies to be used in production. Process billing. Handle customer complaints and questions and follow-up with appropriate internal personnel as required. Maintain customer files. Process new items. Process purchase orders. Coordinate accounting credits. Record and distribute customer order changes. Fax confirmations to customers Assist sales personnel as appropriate and assist in generating supplemental sales. Track warehouse items to ensure availability and that agreed-upon minimum/maximum levels are followed. Analyze monthly usage and re-stocking per customer Complies with company policies and procedures. Additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college and/or a combination of Sales or Customer Service experience is preferred. Four-year degree desired. Experience in
CORRUGATED
manufacturing process is
